These terms govern your purchase and use of CamHeard from camheard.com. By buying or using the app, you agree to them.
01Who we are
CamHeard is a software product operated by Dmytro Havrylenko, based in Ukraine ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@camheard.com.
02The software & your licence
Use of the CamHeard application is governed by our End-User Licence Agreement, which forms part of these terms. In short: a perpetual licence, activated on 1 machine (Pro) or up to 3 (Studio), with a free trial limited to 20 clips per project.
03Orders, pricing & taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout based on your location. Your contract for the purchase is with Paddle as Merchant of Record, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
04Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request one.
05Acceptable use
You agree to use CamHeard lawfully and in line with the EULA. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the footage and audio you process, and for keeping your own backups of your media and projects.
06Intellectual property
The CamHeard name, logo, app, and website content are our property or that of our licensors. Buying a licence does not transfer any ownership of these to you. Third-party open-source components remain under their respective licences.
07Disclaimer & liability
The app and website are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or footage. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
09Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions? Email support@camheard.com.
