14-day money-back guarantee. If CamHeard isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll give your money back. No interrogation.
01Try before you buy
Every copy of CamHeard starts as a free trial — up to 20 clips per project, with the full sync engine and export. The trial lets you confirm it works with your cameras, recorders, and editor before paying a cent.
02The guarantee
If you buy a Pro or Studio licence and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law.
03How to request one
- Email support@camheard.com with the email address you used at checkout, or
- Use the receipt link in the order confirmation Paddle sent you.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. The money is returned to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
04After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated licence is deactivated and reverts to the free trial. You're welcome to keep using the trial, and to buy again later if your needs change.
