Refund Policy

We'd rather you were sure before you pay — that's what the free trial is for.

CamHeard gives you 14 days of the full app for free before you spend a cent — please use them. If you buy and it still does not do what you need, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

01Try before you buy — properly

Every download starts with a 14-day trial of the complete app: full sync engine, unlimited clips, every export. After the trial, CamHeard stays free forever for projects up to 20 clips. That is more than enough to confirm it works with your cameras, recorders, and editor on real jobs before paying. Needed more time to evaluate? Email us — we extend trials.

02How to request a refund

Email support@camheard.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase, and include your order number or licence key. Tell us in a line what did not work — it is how we find out what to fix, and it does not affect the refund. There are no forms. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; the licence is deactivated once the refund is issued.

03Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; where applicable law requires a refund, Paddle will honour it. Duplicate purchases and billing errors are, of course, always corrected — just write to us.
